Impact Coordinator
Like many of us, Natalie has led a very non-linear path, but what has been consistent in all of her learning and work experiences is her dedication to help enhance the health, equity, and sustainability of our world. Natalie began her professional journey as a Cultural Anthropologist, specializing in human health, and traveled the world to better understand humanity, inequality, and the effects of globalization. This led her to complete a permaculture design program at Occidental Arts & Ecology Center, and shortly after, a Sustainable Natural Construction program at the Endeavour Centre in Canada. She continued to work in landscaping, building, and sustainability research as she went back to school obtain a Master of Design in Sustainable Design from Boston Architectural College. She won two awards for her thesis on Affordable, Accessible, Nature-based Design Solutions for Healthier, Safer, more Sustainable Existing Public Schools. and went on to work in the green building industry as a Healthy Materials Specialist and Sustainability Consultant. Now, Natalie works to help support CHPS with product-related expertise, program development, and marketing.
